Gluten free pizzas only come in ONE SIZE.  It is a 12 INCH round dough.

Pizzas are gluten, dairy, soy & egg free. The ingredients are as follows: Smart flour (tapioca flour, amaranth flour ,teff flour), water, modified tapioca starch, potato starch, sorghum flour, flaxseed meal, olive oil, honey, instant yeast, granulated sugar, salt, xantham gum, guar gum, baking powder, baking soda.

Pizzas are $13.95
Any of our regular pizza toppings may be added for an additional .95 per topping.

Note: The pizzas are prepared in a separate area of our kitchen and baked in a convection oven not in the pizza oven to prevent cross contamination with flour products.

Gluten Free Pasta 
Mariella brand 100% corn penne pasta that may be substituted for any pasta in our regular dinners for an additional cost of  $3.00 per entrée. This product is cooked to order in water that is only used for this product. Please allow at least 30 minutes for cooking time. Please note: the pizza sauce is vegan but our regular tomato sauce for dinners is NOT vegan.

Vegan
We are now offering a vegan cheese, Daiya, to our customers. There is an additional charge of  $3.00 per 12 inch pizza to swap the vegan cheese for regular mozzarella. It may also be substituted on our 16’ and 18’ pizzas for an additional cost.
Ingredients are as follows: Filtered water, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, non-GMO expeller pressed canola and safflower oils, coconut oil, pea protein, salt, vegan natural flavors, inactive yeast, vegetable glycerin, xantham gum, citric acid, titanium dioxide.
